Why slow-cured hemp tastes different.
Most CBD flower on the EU market is dried hot and fast to get to shelves in weeks. We take months. The trade-off is patience for taste — terpenes don't survive a rushed dry, and once they're gone, no packaging trick brings them back.
Our drying barns sit at 18°C and 60% humidity for three full weeks before the flower ever touches a jar. Then another month of cure, with daily burping for the first ten days. It's slow, it's boring, and it's the entire reason the terpenes survive intact.
